Yes, at least 1 year of freight dispatch experience is required.
We use TMS platforms, load boards, and GPS tracking tools for daily operations.
Minimum 1–2 years experience in freight dispatching (preferred)
Strong knowledge of U.S. freight lanes, load boards (DAT, TruckStop, etc.), and TMS platforms
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
High-speed internet and a reliable workstation (for remote role)
Knowledge of FMCSA rules and DOT regulations
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
Availability to work flexible hours or rotating shifts if needed
